Vista Start Menu 3.41: New look more practical for the Windows Start menu

Vista Start Menu 3.41 is programs, which will fundamentally change the system off the bar. Appearance, construction and functionality in no way will resemble the existing obsolete start. The program is resident in the system tray from where it can be activated with key combinations or, if you prefer, you can substitute, not as good as it could be, to the Start menu as long as it is not set to Classic Start menu but Windows XP.
