RJ TextEd 7.50 has encoding support ANSI, UTF-8, Unicode and Unicode BE, has syntax highlighting language programming, allows you to select text columns and collapse individual sections of the code for easy editing. There and manual insertion of tags in HTML-pages layout and work with cascading style sheets CSS, and substitution of standard commands and functions in JavaScript and PHP.
