NetWorx 4.8: Measures the speed at which your network operates

NetWorx 4.8 is a small, free tool for web traffic reporting and monitoring of Internet speed on your computer. The program works with all types of network connections - dial-up, LAN, ISDN, ADSL etc. Provide reports, graphs, detailed daily, weekly and monthly statistics, you can save in different formats, including html, doc or xls.

NetWorx 4.8 is a free application for Windows that will allow us to see how fast we download and send data to the network.
