If we look at the HTC Sync 3.0.5551 support pages we find an interesting novelty, an application called HTC HTC official Sync ™ allows us to sync contacts and calendars between our Android and a PC with Windows or Vista from Outlook, Outlook Express or Windows Address Book. Also as indicated in the introduction of HTC Sync 3.0.5551 can install third party applications, that is, without using the Market and use your phone as a modem, tethering so desired.
The application is available for the Magic and Hero . The installation process is detailed on page HTC Sync 3.0.5551 being an application that is downloaded to your computer via USB and installed on the phone.
A good move by HTC Sync 3.0.5551 gives more freedom than reason that is not trust your calendar and contacts to Google web services and prefer the traditional way of synchronizing with your computer.
Likewise, not having to go through the Market and the possibility of using the phone as a modem add more freedom to users. Although the second case, we should read the fine print of the data rate that we hired on our phone to avoid shocks.
And again we find the odd, the HTC Dream, in a strange situation. In the case of Spain in the Dream Movistar as we discussed is not possible to sync contacts and calendar with Google and this could be an option to unlock it. It is not, there is this application for the Dream that are slowly being marginalized yet knowing the reason.
