Paint.NET 3.5.8 free program for working with graphics created by students at Washington State University. The application has many tools, filters, effects (including support for layers), supports cameras and graphics tablets. Ideal as an alternative to a standard graphics program installed with the operating system.
All we have ever used Paint. As simple as it is, the drawing tool included in Windows falls short before editing programs like Photoshop. What if both worlds come together in one program? That is Paint.NET 3.5.8.
