VirtualDub 1.9.9 is the function of trimming an AVI file without losing the compression frame. Additionally, it contains built-in tool for capturing the image (video).
VirtualDub 1.9.9 editing, video capture and processing for a host of changes, treatments and improvements. This is a truly versatile tool, but very little intuitive when handling. VirtualDub 1.9.9 features ranging from video clips, the union and track extraction to processing (change of resolution, video quality, conversion, etc.). Plugins using a wide range for very specific treatments.
