Free encoder and decoder using the MP3 compression very popular and fast and LAME encoder (which is attached to the archive of the program). The primary task of the application is to convert WAV files to MP3 and vice versa - MP3 to WAV.
The program was adapted to the version LAME 3.98 - the latest stable version available in the course of writing the program (July 2008).
