Process Explorer 12.0 will make you all the information available about the DLLs and handles that are currently running process or open on your system. Process Explorer 12.0 has two windows: the top is a list of active processes with the names of the programs that have opened and the contents of the bottom window depends on how you selected.
If you Handle mode, you'll see in detail the handlers of each process to select the top window (which you have opened it).
