New version of the popular IM (instant Messinger) - ICQ 6.5 Build 1041. Changes in the new version can be found here. ICQ 6.5 Build 1041 marked a turning point in communication via the Internet. This application was the pioneer in instant messaging programs and established the first system that users could add to each other in their respective accounts and talk through this program in real time.
