TrueCrypt 6.2a is a free encryption program with exceptional abilities. Can create virtual encrypted disk, which is actually a simple file and submit it to your computer as a real disk. Able to encrypted content at all (or individual) share of your hard drives or devices such as USB memory, Floppy disk etc. This is the only encryption program that is open source and provides full support of Windows XP. Among those used by TrueCrypt 6.2a for encryption algoritmi are AES (256-bit key), Blowfish (448-bit key), CAST, IDEA, Triple DES.
TrueCrypt 6.2a provides the ability to create virtual disks, or take an existing partition to store files encrypted.
