With NetSetMan 2.6.4 will not have any way to configure your network settings as the program can switch between different network settings, which you've already set - IP address, DNS servers, Subnet Mask, Gateway, workgroup, computer name, WINS server, printer and startup scripts for others.
AkelPad 4.1.5: the basic editor in Total Commanders

AkelPad 4.1.5 is a free, tiny text editor, who may well be a record Notepad replacement. Even looks very similar, but the possibilities ahead of him. One of its strengths is its support for various plug-ins enhance the functionality of the program (available plug-ins is 40).
