ReactOS 0.3.9 is a non-profit project created by users to create a free operating system that is fully compatible with Windows XP.
This file is a CD image format allowing us to record a CD installation, which can install ReactOS 0.3.9 operating system for our computer.
Both setting up management are based on the Windows operating system, providing the user with a system setup menu and navigation windows, working from a desk and a system for installation and uninstallation menu system.
The ultimate goal of ReactOS 0.3.9 is to create a free operating system, allowing us to install and use programs designed for all operating systems Windows XP and NT operating system in a completely free.
At the moment not all programs are compatible, but ReactOS 0.3.9 has its own application download our list of categories and will allow us to download programs that are compatible with this new operating system.
