RText 0.9.9.9: Powerful text editor written in Java, especially dedicated to programmers

RText 0.9.9.9 is a free text editor designed for programmers. It is written in Java and is distributed with open source. Recognizes colors and syntax of many languages: Assembler (X86), C, C + +, C #, Fortran, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Properties Files, SAS, SQL, UNIX shell scripts, Windows batch, XML, Lua. The program supports editing multiple files simultaneously and print preview before printing, search, replace, unlimited undo / redo, macro, which you can make complex and fully automated operations, all encodings of JVM and others.

RText 0.9.9.9 is not only powerful but yet easy to use, has been designed to be highly customizable and flexible, and offers all the functions that a developer may need in their daily work.

The only drawback we've found is that because it is based on Java, consumes enough system memory, so we recommend it only to computers with sufficient RAM, we hope that will be remedied in future releases.

It is an open source program developed under the GNU, this means that it has been designed to be simple, easily understood and well documented
