Task Coach 1.0.1 is a free organizer for managing your personal records - upcoming tasks and events. Serve to create, edit, delete and manage your tasks and subtasks in the user interface. Each task has a title, description, start date, duration and end date. Sheet with the tasks can be seen as a simple list or a tree (a hierarchical structure). Tasks are automatically sorted by closing date. You can set filters for more convenient visualization of selected tasks. Settings made are saved automatically.

Original personnel administrator tasks open source, full of useful features, now in portable version. Task Coach is a task organizer designed for creating, editing, and deleting tasks and subtasks of the easiest way possible.

Each time you add a task, the program will ask you a title (subject), a description, a priority number, start date, schedule and completion date. Also optionally allows you to schedule a reminder for that task, according to your needs.

Tasks can be viewed as a list or tree form.

The program supports multiple filters to eg hide completed tasks or view only tasks undone.

A very interesting feature is the ability to create tasks by dragging an e-mail from Outlook or Thunderbird on display tasks. You can also attach files by dragging and dropping attachments from Outlook and Thunderbird on the "Annexes".

The status of a task depends on its subtask and vice versa, for example, by marking the last subtask as completed, the main task will also be marked as completed.

Both tasks and notes can be assigned to categories defined by the user, and you can keep track of the time you take a task, while also can be viewed by individual effort period: by day, week and month .

Finally, tasks, notes, efforts and categories can be exported to HTML and CSV, and printed according to the current view, including filters and selection order.
