The free version of the excellent file manager. xplorer ² 1.7.2.23 Beta meters is a file and information manager that adheres to the philosophy "efficiency through simplicity". Similar to the last name file manager that we saw, xplorer ² 1.7.2.23 Beta maintains the philosophy to be like Windows Explorer, for ease of use, but increasing its power and its functionality, so it includes an interface with two panels, which can be opened different tabs. The third panel, left, will help us navigate the directory tree.
Of all the file managers that have seen this is one of the most complete, along with Total Commander, incorporating a host of additional tools that allow us to treat our files in multiple ways. From the selection tools to the archiving of files will be hard to find something missing.
One of the interesting features are the remnants xplorer ² 1.7.2.23 Beta, a temporary area where we can save a list of files, from different disks and directories, for which then we can perform various operations from moving away or rename them.
The renaming tool, although not as intuitive as Total Commander is just as powerful, allowing the use a large number of parameters to give the exact name our files we want, from accountants to modification dates.
Special mention should be the file search tool where you can specify almost any setting imaginable, from the most common as the filename or content of this (bearing in addition a variety of formats, including PDF) to more specific ones such as camera that has taken a picture or an MP3 file.
Could find little fault with this program, priced at $ 29.95 but has a trial period of 21 days to see whether or not it fits our needs. What's more, it has translated into, which is not all file managers we've seen have.
If you do not want to pay for it, there is a free version in which some of its features are reduced or eliminated.
