PaintStar v2.70: Excellent drawing editor, and completely free photo editor
PaintStar v2.70 is a great graphical editor, saving the appropriate distances, reminiscent of other powerful applications in this category of software.
PaintStar v2.70 interface has a decentralized and divided into several separate windows: tools, color palette, layers, and of course, the image you have open at that time.
Regarding functions, PaintStar possibilities are numerous and generally very good: from 3D graphics for your website from scratch to implement various filters and special effects to your photos, with support for working with layers, alpha channel, EXIF information and so on.
PaintStar v2.70 has two interesting extras: one, the ability to display a small scale image (thumbnail) of the selected photo on your Explorer context menu, and two, an integrated screen capture.
In short, PaintStar v2.70 is one of those profits to that by setting aside a little time, but we get much much benefit. And last but not least, free.
