GameSave Manager 2.2 (Build 622) is a free utility that searches for profiles installed games and allows you to save a backup copy of them. The gamesave Database Manager includes more than 500 games, but you can add more from this section gamesave Custom Entries.
To restore a backup, go to the Restore section gamesave and open the file. The option gamesave Sync & Link Manager leverages Dropbox to synchronize copies across multiple computers, a must if you play in more than one computer.
GameSave Manager 2.2 (Build 622) design is rather primitive, and the lack of a manager difficult to manage copies of copies. Still, this is the best utility to save copies of your game data.
