VIA Hyperion Pro 5.23A: Turns out a new version of Hyperion 4in1 drivers VIA

VIA has released a new pack called VIA Hyperion Pro 5.23A, this pack adds several changes that we will detail:

Grouped drivers for Windows versions 32 and 64 bits.
Serial ATA drivers added to the package and this is the large size of this increase.

They removed the IDE Filter package because they consider it unimportant and unnecessary in most systems.
