Subtitles Modifier 2.95 allows you to edit, modify, edit and convert subtitle files for movies in various formats.

You can, for example, change the frame rate, increase, decrease or multiply time values for each frame, split the subtitle at a given point, change the time interval shown in each line, depending on the characters that contains ; make a wrap if necessary, modify the format and font, edit the text and much more.

Also, as you work, the program itself allows you to preview the results in an integrated video player.
