i2sm 2.0: The music of the images

Have you ever wondered what would be the song of a luminous forest? What about a bleak picture? There are programs that attempt to answer these questions creatively.

i2sm 2.0 generates a short piece of music from any image you provide. Starting from the point selected, the pixels i2sm 2.0 spiral travels and translates its brightness, color saturation and musical notes.

The results, obviously, are very variable: nearly all tend toward the abstract and hard to enjoy tunes. The author suggests using simple pictures to see how they change the melodies to modify the colors and luminosity.
